Race-day nutrition can make or break a long-course performance. Here's exactly what I eat and drink during an Ironman.
My target: 90g carbs per hour from a mix of sources.
Every 20 minutes:
Recovery day vibes. Sometimes the hardest part is doing nothing. Ice bath, mobility work, and catching up on sleep.
Physiotherapy session today. Taking care of the body is a full-time job. Hamstring is responding well to treatment.
